Jorge Brian Diaz made two free throws with 11 seconds left to give Nebraska the lead, Indiana couldn’t score on its last possession, and the struggling Cornhuskers upset the 11th-ranked Hoosiers 70-69 last night.

Indiana (15-3, 3-4 Big Ten), which lost its third straight game, squandered a 13-point, second-half lead.

Jordan Hulls missed on a driving layup, then recovered the ball and missed a desperation shot from in front of his bench as time ran out.

Bo Spencer led the Huskers (10-8, 2-5) with 23 points. Toney McCray added 11 and Diaz and Dylan Talley 10 each.

Cody Zeller had 18 points and Hulls 12 for Indiana.
