Jason La Canfora reported that Adams admitted the positive result in interviews with NFL teams. According to La Canfora, Adams has completed a drug counseling program.

As a result of his candor and willingness to seek counseling, La Canfora said, Adams' draft stock might not be hurt much by the failed drug test.
