Fans who can’t wait until the Nov. 5 exhibition game against the College of Wooster – or those merely curious and on campus for the football game – can get an early look at this year’s Ohio State men’s basketball team Saturday.

Today, the Buckeyes announced that they will hold an open practice that is free to the public that will take place at Value City Arena prior to the football team’s home game against Penn State. The practice is scheduled to run from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., with doors to the facility opening at 10 a.m.

It’s unlikely, however, that the Buckeyes will get too crazy during the session: the following day, they will face Xavier in a closed scrimmage.

Fans can park where they normally would for football games, and concessions will be available. All seating will be in the lower bowl of the arena.

The season officially gets underway Nov. 10 against Robert Morris.
