Defensive end Tyquan Lewis opted to stay for his senior season at Ohio State and it paid off Friday night when the Indianapolis Colts took him with the last pick of second round of the NFL draft.

Lewis, who already has graduated, made an impressive showing in the pro day at Ohio State in March, which insiders said vaulted him up the draft boards. Among the outstanding things he did was standing long jump 10 feet, 7 inches.

The Colts took him with the 64th overall pick of the seven-round draft. Two Ohio State players were taken in the first round Thursday, with cornerback Denzel Ward going to the Cleveland Browns with the fourth overall pick and center Billy Price to the Cincinnati Bengals with the 21st.
