Friday marked the first day men’s college basketball coaches could begin calling recruits for the class of 2020, and Ohio State’s coaching staff was busy. Since Friday, here’s a list of new names on the radar for the Buckeyes.

All players are listed in alphabetical order and all rankings are according to the 247Sports.com composite rankings.

Jabri Abdur-Rahim, SF, West Orange (New Jersey) Blair Academy

A five-star prospect, the 6-5, 185-pound Abdur-Rahim heard from a lengthy list of schools that includes Kentucky, Michigan, Miami (Fla.), Pittsburgh, Villanova, Kansas, Georgia, Virginia and others according to StockRisers.com. He’s the top recruit in his state, the No. 5 small forward in the nation and overall No. 20 prospect.

Scottie Barnes, SF, Fort Lauderdale (Florida) University School

Another five-star prospect, the 6-7, 175-pound Barnes is the No. 7 overall prospect in the nation and tops in Florida. According to Rivals.com, Barnes has had seven schools contact him as soon as permissible: Ohio State Miami (Fla.), Florida, Florida State, California, Louisville and Oregon.

MarJon Beauchamp, SG, Seattle (Washington) Garfield

The 6-6, 175-pound Beauchamp heard from Ohio State, Virginia, Washington, Arizona, Arizona State and others, according to D1Vision.com. A five-star prospect, he is the top prospect from Washington, the No. 7 shooting guard in the country and overall No. 21 recruit.

Reece Beekman, PG, Baton Rouge (Louisiana) Scotlandville Magnet

An unranked prospect, the 6-0, 150-pound Beekman heard from Ohio State, Wisconsin, Butler, Texas, Georgia Tech and others, according to his AAU program.

Brandon Boston, SG, Atlanta (Georgia) Norcross

A five-star recruit, the 6-6, 160-pound Boston heard from Ohio State, Indiana, Duke, Kansas, Xavier, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech and USC, among others, according to multiple reports. He’s the No. 2 prospect from Georgia, No. 4 shooting guard in the nation and No. 17 prospect in the nation and recently added offers from Kansas, Seton Hall and Pittsburgh.

Jaemyn Brakefield, PF, Huntington (West Virginia) Prep

A 6-8, 210-pound prospect, Brakefield added an Ohio State offer Saturday to along with new offers from Alabama, Kansas, Xavier, California, Florida, Mississippi State, Florida State and West Virginia. Brakefield is a five-star prospect, the No. 1 player in his state, the No. 3 power forward in the country and the No. 15 overall prospect.

Greg Brown, PF, Austin (Texas) Vandegrift

A five-star prospect and the nation’s No. 5 overall recruit, the 6-7, 185-pound Brown received phone calls from Ohio State, Duke, Texas, Memphis, Texas A&M, Baylor, Louisville, Miami, St. John’s, Nevada, UCLA and California, according to Texasboysbasketball.com. He’s the No. 2 recruit from Texas and No. 2 power forward prospect in the country.

Nimari Burnett, G, Napa (California) Prolific Prep

The 6-3, 180-pound Burnett was reported to have received phone calls from Ohio State, Michigan, Xavier, Louisville, Tulsa, California, Stanford, St. John’s, San Diego State, Texas A&M and Washington according to multiple reports. A four-star prospect, Burnett is ranked as the No. 5 combo guard in his class, the No. 7 prospect from California and the overall No. 51 recruit.

Ben Carlson, PF, St. Paul (Minnesota) East Ridge

A four-star recruit, the 6-9, 205-pound Carlson added an offer from Wisconsin and heard from Ohio State, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisocnsin, Purdue, Iowa, Nebraska, Butler, Gonzaga and Creighton, among others, according to StockRisers. He’s the No. 3 prospect from Minnesota, the No. 19 small forward in the nation and overall No. 109 recruit.

Noah Collier, PF, Norristown (Pennsylvania) Westtown School

The 6-7, 200-pound Collier heard from Ohio State, Villanova, Notre Dame, VCU, Temple and others according to D1Vision. A four-star recruit, Collier is the No. 3 overall prospect from Pennsylvania, the No. 14 power forward in the nation and overall No. 76 prospect.

Jalen Cone, PG, Walkertown, North Carolina

A 5-11, 163-pound four-star recruit, Cone heard from Ohio State, Kentucky, Louisville, Tennessee, Butler, Virginia Tech, Pittsburgh and Stanford, among others, according to multiple reports. Cone is the No. 3 prospect from North Carolina, the No. 12 point guard in the nation and overall No. 59 recruit.

Isaiah Cottrell, PF, Las Vegas (Nevada) Gorman

A 6-8, 200-pound recruit with offers from Arizona, Washington, Florida, California and others, Cottrell heard from Ohio State, Michigan, Minnesota, USC, Virginia, California, West Virginia and many others according to D1Vision. He’s the No. 2 prospect from Nevada, the No. 5 power forward in the nation and overall No. 28 recruit.

LJ Cryer, PG, Katy (Texas) Morton Ranch

A four-star prospect, the 6-1, 175-pound Cryer heard from Ohio State, Nebraska, Purdue, Texas A&M, Xavier, Texas and several others, according to 247Sports. He is the No. 6 overall recruit from Texas, the No. 13 point guard in the country and the No. 67 recruit. He added offers from Virginia Tech, Mississippi State, St. Louis and VCU. According to another report, Ohio State was one of several schools to call at midnight.

R.J. Davis, G, White Plains (New York) Stepinac

An unranked combo guard, the 5-11, 150-pound Davis heard from Ohio State, Illinois, Virginia, VCU, St. John’s, Massachusetts, Siena, Princeton and LaSalle according to lohud.com.

Hassan Diarra, PG, Putnam (Connecticut) Science Academy

The 6-2, 180-pound Diarra is a four-star prospect who heard from Ohio State, Penn State and East Carolina according to Rivals. He’s the No. 2 prospect from Connecticut, the No. 25 point guard in the nation and overall No. 104 recruit.

Ebenezer Dowuona, C, Palm Bay (Florida) Heritage

Not yet ranked in the database, the 6-9, 200-pound Dowuona heard from Ohio State, Georgia, USC, Virginia, Purdue, Stanford and Wake Forest, according to multiple reports.

Che Evans, SF, Lutherville Timonium (Maryland) Dulaney)

The 6-6, 195-pound Evans heard from Ohio State, Maryland, Penn State, Florida, UCLA, Georgetown and others according to multiple reports. He’s a four-star prospect, the No. 3 prospect from Maryland, the No. 10 small forward in the nation and the No. 52 overall recruit. Seton Hall has recently offered.

Noah Farrakhan, G, Newark (New Jersey) IMG Academy

A four-star recruit and the No. 4 combo guard in the country, the 6-1, 160-pound Farrakhan heard from Ohio State, Kentucky, Louisville, Tennessee, Providence, St. John’s and Siena, according to D1Vision. He’s the No. 3 prospect from New Jersey and No. 33 in the nation.

Xavier Foster, PF, Oskaloosa, Iowa

A four-star prospect listed at 6-9, 200 pounds, Foster is the top prospect from Iowa, the No. 6 power forward in the country and overall No. 32 recruit. Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State and UCLA have all offered, and he heard from Ohio State, Michigan, Florida State and Texas according to 247Sports.

Lynn Greer III, PG, Philadelphia Roman Catholic

The top overall prospect in Pennsylvania, the 6-3, 160-pound Greer was contacted by Ohio State, Duke, Michigan, Temple, Miami, Florida, Iowa, Notre Dame, Maryland, Marquette, UNLV and others. The Hawkeyes, Hurricanes, Runnin’ Rebels and Golden Eagles have offered.

Brandon Harris, SF, Savannah (Georgia) Beach

An unranked 6-6, 180-pound prospect, Harris holds offers from Georgia, Georgia Tech and Kansas State. According to PrepHoops, he was contacted by Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia and VCU.

Camren Hayes, PG, Greensboro (North Carolina) Ben L. Smith

An unranked prospect, the 6-1, 160-pound Hayes heard from Ohio State and Providence, according to PrepHoops.

John Hughley, C, Cleveland Brush

The Buckeyes were one of several schools to contact the unranked Hughley, who is listed at 6-8, 240 pounds. Ohhoops.org ranks him as the No. 5 prospect in his class from Ohio. Iowa, Duquense, South Carolina, West Virginia, Kent State, Tulsa, Akron, Miami, Wright State and others have reportedly reached out.

Dishon Jackson, C, Vallejo (California) St. Patrick-St. Vincent

An unranked recruit who holds an offer from Arizona, the 6-9, 235-pound Jackson heard from Ohio State, Oregon, UC-Santa Barbara, Marquette and California, among others, according to a report.

Toneari Lane, SF, Lilburn (Georgia) Parkview

Unranked in the database the 6-2, 180-pound Lane heard from Ohio State, Tennessee, Ole Miss and others according to OnTheRadarHoops.

Justin Lewis, PF, Towson (Maryland) Baltimore Polytechnic Institute

The No. 60 overall prospect in the nation, the 6-7, 225-pound Lewis heard from Ohio State, Maryland, Marquette and others according to multiple reports. Georgetown, Maryland, Boston College and others have already offered, and he is the No. 11 power forward prospect in the nation and No. 5 prospect from Maryland. The Buckeyes were among the first schools to call at midnight.

Caleb Love, PG, St. Louis (Missouri) Christian Brothers College

The 6-3, 170-pound Love heard from Ohio State, Iowa, Michigan, Xavier, Missouri, Virginia, Creighton and others according to StockRisers. Northwestern and Illinois had already offered, and Marquette, Creighton, Florida and Texas A&M have recently offered. He’s the No. 3 overall prospect from Missouri, the No. 19 point guard in the nation and overall No. 91 recruit.

Jamal Mashburn Jr., G, Miami (Florida) Gulliver Prep

A four-star recruit, the 6-0, 160-pound son of the former NBA player is the No. 5 prospect in Florida, No. 6 combo guard in the country and overall No. 72 prospect. He landed an offer from Ohio State on Monday to go along with new offers from Notre Dame, Minnesota, and Connecticut. He already held offers from Illinois and Florida.

Jordan Meka, PF, Marietta (Georgia) Mt. Bethel Christian

A 6-9, 200-pound prospect with offers from Georgia, Georgia Tech and Mississippi State, Meka heard from Ohio State, Xavier, Alabama, Georgia, Oklahoma State and others according to multiple reports. He’s not ranked in the 247Sports database.

Moses Moody, SG, Little Rock (Arkansas) North

A four-star recruit, the 6-5, 179-pound Moody heard from Ohio State, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Nebraska, Florida, Texas, Georgia and others according to multiple reports. The top prospect in Arkansas, Moody is the No. 8 shooting guard prospect and No. 31 overall recruit in the country.

Daishen Nix, PG, Las Vegas (Nevada) Trinity International

A four-star recruit, the 6-2, 195-pound Nix heard from Ohio State, Maryland, UNLV, Washington, Gonzaga and others, according to fullctpress.net. He’s the No. 3 prospect from Nevada, the No. 16 point guard in the nation and overall No. 87 recruit.

Cliff Omoruyi, C, Roselle (New Jersey) Catholic

Rivals.com reported that Ohio State reached out to the 6-11 Omoruyi, who already holds offers from Florida, Illinois and Rutgers, among others. The Gators and Fighting Illini just offered, and Georgia and Virginia both called him. He’s unranked in the database.

Micah Peavy, SG, Houston (Texas) Dekaney

A four-star prospect, the 6-5, 172-pound Peavy quickly heard from Ohio State, Michigan, Florida, Georgia, Baylor and TCU, according to D1Vision. He’s the No. 5 recruit from Texas, the No. 14 shooting guard in the country and the overall No. 63 recruit. Florida, Tennessee and Texas A&M had already offered and Oklahoma did so Friday.

Jeremy Roach, PG, Fairfax (Virginia) Paul VI Catholic

The nation’s top overall point guard prospect the 6-2, 165-pound Roach heard from Ohio State, Villanova, Duke, Maryland and Virginia shortly after coaches were allowed to start calling. He’s a five-star prospect and No. 13 nationally.

Chanse Robinson, PG, Grambling (Louisiana) Lincoln Prep

An unranked prospect, the 6-0, 165-pound Robinson holds offers from Iowa, Georgia Tech, Iowa State and Grambling State, among others. According to D1Vision, he added an offer from Seton Hall and heard from the Buckeyes.

Jaden Seymour, SF, Charlotte (North Carolina) Northside Christian

The 6-7, 185-pound Seymour is unranked in the database but heard from Ohio State, Charlotte and South Florida according to PrepHoops.

Cameron Sheffield, SF, Alpharetta (Georgia) Chattahoochee

According to reports, the Buckeyes reached out to Sheffield along with Middle Tennessee, Denver University and the College of Charleston. He does not have a profile page in the 247Sports database.

Richie Springs, SF, Brooklyn (New York) MacDuffie School

D1Vision.com reported that the 6-9, 200-pound Springs heard from Ohio State, Illinois, Rutgers, Villanova, Connecticut, Pittsburgh, Marquette, West Virginia and others. He’s the top prospect in New York, the No. 15 small forward in the country and No. 73 overall recruit.

Jaden Springer, SG, Charlotte (North Carolina) Rocky River

A five-star recruit and the top prospect from North Carolina, the 6-4, 195-pound Springer heard from Ohio State, Michigan, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Kansas, Tennessee, Louisville and UCLA, among others, according to multiple reports. He’s the No. 6 overall recruit at his position and No. 19 recruit in the nation.

Julian Strawther, SF, Las Vegas (Nevada) Liberty

A five-star recruit and the No. 10 prospect in the nation, the 6-7, 190-pound Strawther heard from Ohio State, Michigan, Illinois, Florida, Florida State, Washington, California, Stanford, Arizona State, TCU, UCLA and USC, according to Rivals. Kansas has recently offered.

DJ Steward, PG, Oak Park (Illinois) Fenwick

A 6-1, 150-pound point guard, Steward heard from Ohio State, Michigan, Northwestern and Loyola according to getbucketschicago.com. He’s a four-star prospect, the No. 2 prospect from Illinois, the No. 6 point guard in the nation and overall No. 40 recruit.

Josh Taylor, SF, Atlanta (Georgia) Columbia

Cam Thomas, PG, Chesapeake (Virginia) Oscar Smith
