Buckeyes fans usually turn Bloomington into Columbus west, and they should have plenty to cheer. IU is undefeated, but Ball State and Eastern Illinois are hardly ample prep for an OSU team. With QB Michael Penix questionable because of an injury, the odds are stacked even more in the Buckeyes' favor.

As much as trips to middle-of-the-road Big Ten teams doomed the Buckeyes in previous seasons, it's too early for them to get caught up in any so-called "trap game." Expect the Hoosiers to at times test Ohio State's improved defense, though.

It’s as if the Buckeyes have a cheat sheet for their first road test. Indiana’s offense won’t know what hit it, because those Silver Bullets move fast. Expect an interception-fest.

I think Indiana manages to keep the lid on this one the way it has when the Buckeyes have come to Bloomington in the recent past. But particularly if Michael Penix can’t play, it’s just too hard to see a path to an IU win.

Gloriana! It’s Indiana (sorry about that goal post!).
