Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins was named co-offensive player of the week by the Big Ten after rushing for 193 yards and a touchdown in the Buckeyes’ 51-10 rout at Indiana on Saturday.

It was the first time Dobbins had received the recognition from the conference.

Dobbins, a junior, had rushed for 175 yards against the Hoosiers before halftime and left the game in the third quarter when starters were replaced by their backups.

Through the first three weeks, Dobbins has rushed for 425 yards, ranking fourth in the nation behind Oklahoma State's Chuba Hubbard, UNLV's Charles Williams and Mississippi State's Kylin Hill.
