Ohio State added to its strong 2020 recruiting class on Christmas when four-star wide receiver Gee Scott Jr. committed to the Buckeyes.

Scott, who’s listed at 6 feet 3 and 211 pounds, is a standout at Eastside Catholic High School in Sammamish, Washington. Scott is ranked as the No. 70 overall prospect in the 2020 class and the No. 15 receiver in the 247Sports composite rankings.

He announced his decision with a video on Twitter.

A dream come true.

I am 100% Committed...

Scott had 48 catches for 654 yards and six touchdowns as a junior last season.

He joins four-star receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba as Buckeyes receiver commitments for 2020. Ohio State’s just-signed 2019 group includes five-star receiver Garrett Wilson and four-star speedster Jameson Williams.

Scott is the fourth top-70 player committed to the Buckeyes’ class in 2020. Offensive tackle Paris Johnson Jr. is ranked sixth. Center Luke Wypler is No. 35 and quarterback Jack Miller is 65th.

Ohio State now has the third-ranked class for 2020.
