Ohio State football: Four-star receiver Jayden Ballard commits to 2021 class

Jayden Ballard, a four-star wide receiver from Massillon, announced Friday that he planned to attend Ohio State, giving the Buckeyes their third commitment for the 2021 class.
Ballard tweeted a photo of himself with Ohio State coach Ryan Day and wide receivers coach Brian Hartline.

Ballard is the 22nd-best wide receiver prospect in his class, according to the composite rankings from 247Sports. He listed himself as 6-foot-3 and 175 pounds on his Hudl page.

The other commits for the Buckeyes’ 2021 class, which are incoming juniors in high school, include Jack Sawyer, a defensive end from Pickerington North, and Kyle McCord, a quarterback from Philadelphia who committed in late April.
