Ohio State’s football game at Northwestern on Friday night will be shown on the Big Ten Network because of a television conflict with the American League Championship Series.
The game had been scheduled to air on Fox Sports 1, but was bumped when Wednesday’s game 4 of the ALCS between the Houston Astros and New York Yankees was postponed due to rain. Game 4 was rescheduled for Thursday, to be followed by game 5 on Friday. Originally, Friday had been a travel day for baseball.
The development was reported by Bruce Feldman, who is the sideline reporter for the FS1 broadcast.
Kickoff between the Buckeyes and Wildcats is scheduled for 8:30 p.m.
