Ohio State’s football game at Rutgers on Nov. 16 will kick off at noon, 3:30 p.m. or 4 p.m., with the game time and TV channel to be determined by Sunday, according to an OSU spokesman.

Television networks on Monday opted to use a six-day selection window to determine some kickoff times for Big Ten games over that weekend.

Fox selected Michigan’s game against Michigan State for its noon game on Nov. 16. The starting times for Indiana’s game at Penn State and Minnesota’s game at Iowa also will be determined during the six-day selection window.

The Buckeyes are not expected to play another night game during the regular season. Under Big Ten rules overseeing conference games, both teams must agree to play at night after the first weekend of November. Last month, Ohio State officials told the conference they were against additional night games.

The kickoff time for the Buckeyes’ Nov. 23 game against Penn State remains undetermined, while the Nov. 30 regular-season finale against archrival Michigan is set for noon.
