After Ohio State took a 2-1 lead in the second period, second-ranked Wisconsin scored the final two goals and defeated No. 9 Ohio State 3-2 in a Western Collegiate Hockey Association semifinal in Minneapolis.

Sophie Shirley tallied with 46 seconds left in the second period to tie it at 2 for the Badgers (31-4-2), and Annie Pankowski had the only goal of the third, netting the winner at 15:30.

Tatum Skaggs tied it at 1 with 1:09 to play in the first period for the Buckeyes (20-13-2), and Charly Dahlquist put OSU ahead 2-1 at 11:28 of the second.

Wisconsin outshot Ohio State 42-15. Andrea Braendli made 39 saves for OSU, and Kristen Campbell had 13 stops for the Badgers.
