Senior forward Carson Meyer's goal 1:17 into overtime lifted the Ohio State men's hockey team to a 2-1 victory over Army Saturday night in the consolation game of the Fortress Invitational in Las Vegas.
The sixth-ranked Buckeyes (13-5-2) trailed 1-0 after the first period, but Tanner Laczynski scored shorthanded to tie the score in the second.
Ohio State, 7-1-1 in its past nine games, outshot No. 20 Army (13-7-1) 33-19.
