Brandon Biro had two goals and one assist Saturday night to lead Penn State to a 6-3 win over Ohio State in a Big Ten game at Value City Arena.
The Nittany Lions (18-9-3, 10-7-3-0) scored two empty-net goals in the closing minutes, the first by Biro, to pad their lead. Nate Sucese had three assists, and goalie Peyton Jones made 28 saves.
Ohio State (16-10-4, 9-8-3-1) was forced to rally after falling behind 3-0 midway through the second period. Carson Meyer, Ronnie Hein and Ryan O'Connell had the goals. Tommy Nappier made 27 saves.
