Notre Dame (7-2) scored five runs in the first inning and went on to beat Ohio State 6-4 in the Big Ten/ACC Challenge in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Avery Clark hit two home runs and had three RBI for the Buckeyes (3-5). She has four homers for the season.
