Three unearned runs proved costly as Ohio State (2-3) dropped a 5-2 baseball decision to host Georgia Tech (5-1).
The Yellow Jackets took a 3-1 one lead with three runs in the third inning, with two scoring on a bases-loaded error. Another error in the seventh inning plated the Bulldogs’ final run.
Seth Lonsway took the loss, allowing four runs — but only one earned. He struck out 12 batters for the second consecutive game.
