Ohio State women win second consecutive Big Ten track title

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — The Ohio State women's track & field team won its second consecutive Big Ten outdoor championship on Sunday.

Anavia Battle  who won the 100 meters, the 200 meters and ran a leg on the victorious 4×400-meter relay team as the Buckeyes finished with 117 points, ahead of Indiana (109) and Minnesota (106).

In the men's meet, Ohio State got victories from Tyler Johnson in the 400, Eric Harrison in the 200 and Nick Miller in the 800 as the Buckeyes finished fifth. Iowa was the winner.

The NCAA East Regionals are May 27-28 in Jacksonville, Florida.
