Ohio State finishes sixth at NCAA rowing championships

The Ohio State women's rowing team finished sixth at the NCAA championships on Sunday at Sarasota, Florida.

The Second Varsity Eight team finished fourth while the First Varsity Four ended up fifth. Washington won both of those races. The other OSU boat, the First Varsity Eight, finished seventh.

The team meet finished in a three-way tie, with tiebreakers giving the title to Texas over Stanford and Washington.

This is the the ninth straight year the Buckeyes have finished in the top six.
