He reported an Ohio State offer August 20 and, that same day, included the Buckeyes among his final four schools on a list also featuring Alabama, Florida and Georgia Tech. Earlier in the summer, he told 247Sports that he had eight favorite schools: Indiana, Alabama, Florida, Georgia Tech, Illinois, Stanford, Vanderbilt, and Virginia.
Last weekend, Sensabaugh took an official visit to Georgia Tech. He will visit the Crimson Tide one week before visiting the Buckeyes.
After missing his junior season, Sensabaugh has made his way onto Ohio State’s radar while playing AAU basketball for Each 1 Teach 1 during the summer. There, he was teammates with a pair of prospects the Buckeyes are already well-acquainted with: Bruce Thornton, a five-star guard who is committed for the 2022 class, and Dillon Mitchell, a four-star forward who has been heavily recruited by Ohio State.
Mitchell remains in play for the Buckeyes as he weighs a significant financial offer from the new Overtime Elite League. Ohio State’s 2022 class is currently ranked as the nation’s best by 247Sports and could still add one more member.
As Mitchell works through his decision, Ohio State also offered 2022 forward Dominick Barlow, a 6-9, 205-pound forward from New Jersey who will be playing his senior season at Bridgton (Maine) Academy.
