Jake Hausmann, Ohio State tight end from Moeller HS, signs with Detroit Lions
Ohio State Buckeyes tight end Jake Hausmann, a former Moeller High School standout, is signing with the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent, the team announced Monday.

Notre Dame offensive lineman Tommy Kraemer, a former Elder High School standout, also signed as an undrafted free agent with the Lions.
Hausmann graduated with his degree in strategic communications, per ohiostatebuckeyes.com. He played in 30 games for OSU with three receptions for 26 yards and one touchdown.
In 2017, Hausmann - then a redshirt freshman - slapped hands with junior receiver and OSU teammate C.J. Saunders as the players passed each other running routes during a win against UNLV.
