Master Teague III is back on the Pittsburgh Steelers practice squad.

The former Ohio State running back was signed back to the Steelers practice squad after spending the majority of training camp with the team in August.

Teague was initially waived to make room for former Washington State running back Max Borghi Aug. 18.

Teague made his impact with the Steelers leading up to the 2022 season, making a highlight-reel play in a one-on-one drill against a Steelers defender by lowering a shoulder and trucking a defensive player, forcing him to the ground, while still remaining upright and in bounds.

Teague was later carted off the field with a low ankle sprain.

Teague was previously signed by the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent shortly after the 2022 NFL draft, but was cut after the team's three-day rookie camp.
