Aaliyah Patty scored five points in overtime to lead Ohio State to an 80-74 victory over Nebraska on Sunday in a Big Ten women’s basketball game in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Patty had a three-point play on a layup and free throw that gave the Buckeyes (12-9, 5-5) the lead for good at 75-74 with 1:06 left in overtime.

Patty finished with 12 points. Braxtin Miller led Ohio State with 17. Kierstan Bell added 16 points and 12 rebounds.
Ohio State, which trailed 68-62 with 3:25 left in the fourth quarter, scored the final six points of the period to force overtime. Bell’s jumper at 1:03 tied it at 68.
Nebraska (15-7, 5-6) hit 17 of 31 shots from the field in the first half and led 49-34 at halftime.
Rebeka Mikulasikova led Ohio State in the first half with 10 points.
